We are conveniently located at 19 Swapo Road (Broadway), Durban North (opposite Standard Bank). There are five marked parking bays inside the premises during working hours. Alternatively, there is parking available on Broadway. After hours, all parkings on the premises are available for use.

Join our live mat and barre classes streamed to you wherever you may be in the world.
Book an online class via our Classes tab or the Mindbody app. 20 minutes prior to the class commencing, a Zoom link will be emailed to you to stream the class. All online class times are SAST (GMT+2). *6 month expiry from date of sale
